A more expensive version of the Bison 2 is the Umidigi Bison 2 Pro. With 33% more memory and 100% more built-in storage, it has a more upscale industrial rubber construction.
6.5-inch display, 48MP triple camera, 24MP front camera, 8GB RAM, 256GB storage, and 6150 mAh battery are all included in the Umidigi Bison 2 Pro.
Camera and Resolution
A 48 megapixel primary camera with an aperture of f/2.2, a 5 megapixel macro camera with an aperture of f/2.4, and a 16 megapixel ultrawide camera with an aperture of f/2.2 are all found on the back of the device.
On the front camera side, there is a single 24MP camera with an f/2.0 aperture. Full HD videos can be captured by either camera. The camera setup resembles that of the Umidigi A13 Pro 5G.
Display and Design
A robust smartphone designed for demanding settings and an active outdoor lifestyle is the Umidigi Bison 2 Pro. It is constructed with reinforced side cushions on a body made of industrial rubber. The Umidigi Bison X10G, Bison X10G NFC, Bison GT2 Pro, and Bison GT2 Pro 5G all use the same build material.
The smartphone is IP68, IP69K, and MIL-STD-810G certified for military toughness, making it able to withstand falls of up to 1.8 meters and submersion in water for up to 30 minutes. It is also airtight, watertight, and dustproof.
The 6.5-inch display on the Umidigi Bison 2 Pro boasts a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a 20:9 aspect ratio, making it ideal for watching movies and using the internet.
The smartphone has two customisable buttons, one on the left and one on the right, just like a number other Umidigi Bison phones. Together with the volume control and power buttons, there is also this.
A single click, double click, or long press of the customisable buttons will initiate the shortcut action, such as accessing an app or phone feature, such as turning on the flashlight. In addition, shortcut activities like Push to Talk (PTT), Emergency Call, Screenshot, Underwater camera, Sound Recording, etc. can be given.
Software Version
An octa-core processor from Mediatek powers the Umidigi Bison 2 Pro. The dual cluster design of the chipset houses twin-core Cortex A75 and hexa-core Cortex A55 processors with corresponding clock speeds of 2.2GHz and 2.0GHz.
Memory and Battery
With the exception of the memory and storage, the Bison 2 Pro is identical to the normal model on the inside. It has 256GB of internal storage and 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM.
You receive a hybrid slot that can accommodate up to a 512GB memory card and functions as both a SIM and SD card slot. A non-removable 6150 mAh battery with 18W of quick charging power is included.
The Umidigi Bison 2 Pro has a liquid cooling system to keep everything cool and make sure everything functions properly for gaming and other chores.
