Mobile Phone Price Review In Nigeria

Tecno Pova 3 Futures, Specifications and Price In Nigeria

The Tecno Pova 3 is the first model in the series’ 2022 iteration, which is renowned for its strong battery life. It is the Tecno Pova 2’s immediate replacement.

Although there have been some software and hardware updates, this Tecno Phone appears to have essentially the same specifications as its predecessor. The same 7000 mAh battery is available in the Tecno Pova 3, but it now has a faster charging capability.

Low energy Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB Type-C port (USB 2.0) with OTG compatibility are all included in the Tecno Pova 3.

The device has 4G LTE. Although the Tecno Pova 5G is now available if you want to use 5G, this phone does not currently support 5G service.

Resolution and Camera

The Tecno Pova 3 has three 50 Megapixel cameras on the back. A 50MP main camera with an f/1.9 aperture and phase detection autofocus (PDAF) is included, along with two additional cameras whose specifications are unknown. The camera can capture videos in 1440p at 30 frames per second.

We have a solitary 8 megapixel camera up front that can record videos at up to 1080p @ 30fps. While the front camera has a dual-LED light, the rear camera has a quad-LED flash.

Display and Design

The front of the Tecno Pova 3 is covered in glass and has a plastic frame and rear. The three rear cameras are arranged vertically, with each sensor resting on a separate bump. If you look carefully, this phone somewhat resembles its predecessor. Three colors are available for the smartphone: Electric Blue, Tech Silver, and Eco Black.

You get an O-cutout for the front camera in the front. The display’s 6.9-inch diagonal size makes for a pleasant viewing experience. The monitor has a 90Hz refresh rate and a 1080 x 2460 pixel resolution.

This display appears to be of high quality and suitable for gaming, online browsing, and movie viewing.

Software, Memory and Battery

A MediaTek Helio G88 Octa-core processor powers the Tecno Pova 3. Performance-wise, this does not represent much of an improvement over the G85 included with the Pova2.

With a dual-core Cortex A75 clocked at 2.0GHz and a hexa-core Cortex A55 clocked at 1.8GHz, the chipset has a dual cluster design. A Mali-G52 MC2 Processor is in charge of graphics.

This Tecno phone comes with either 4GB RAM and 64GB or 6GB RAM and 128GB of internal capacity. Additionally, a specific slot is provided for increasing the storage capability.

The Memory Fusion function from the Tecno Spark 8C is present in the Pova 3. While the 6GB model can add an extra 5GB RAM capacity, the 4GB model can add up to 3GB more RAM.

On the software side, we have the Android 11 or Android 12 operating system on top of the HiOS user interface.

Of course, as a member of the POVA family, the battery will undoubtedly be the star. The Tecno Pova 3 has a 7000 mAh battery, which is identical to the Pova2’s. The upgrade from 18W to 25W rapid charging capacity, however, allows for faster charging this time. However, a 33W charger for the phone is included in the package.

Additionally, this Android phone has a 10W reverse charging function that turns it into a respectable power bank for charging other electronics like wireless earbuds or a smartwatch.

Tecno Pova 3 Price In Nigeria

The Tecno Pova 3 begins at around 110,000 Naira in Nigeria. In Ghana, the Pova 2 costs 983 GHS, while in Kenya, it costs 18,343 KHS.

The smartphone was unveiled in May 2022, and it is anticipated to go on sale in May and June 2022, beginning in the Philippines.
