Mobile Phone Price Review In Nigeria

Infinix Note 12 Futures, Specifications and Price in Nigeria

Infinix Note 12 (now a.k.a Infinix Note 12 G88) was launched alongside the Infinix Hot 12, Hot 12 Play, and Smart 6 HD. It is the first of the 2022 iteration of the Infinix Note series.

Infinix Note 12 features a brilliant display with an impressive 1000 nits peak brightness. The Infinix Note 12 G96, Note 12 VIP, Note 12 Turbo, and Note 12i are a few models in the Note 12 Series.

The Infinix Note 12 appears to be a minor evolutionary improvement over the Note 11. The processor in both cellphones is the same. This smartphone has dual-band WiFi, low energy Bluetooth 5.0, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB Type-C port with OTG compatibility. 4G LTE is the maximum internet access speed.

Even with some upgrades, the camera and display appear to be the same. For easier viewing under bright sunlight, for instance, the display’s brightness has increased from 650 nits to 1000 nits.

With the addition of Extended RAM, a feature we’ve seen in phones like the Infinix Zero 5G and Tecno Spark 8C (as Memory Fusion), the 4GB edition can be expanded to up to 7GB and the 6GB model to up to 11GB capacity.

Design and Display

The Infinix Note 12 has an incredibly streamlined appearance. Like its forerunner, it has a 7.9 mm thickness. The phone’s front is covered in glass, and the rear and frame are made of plastic.

The Note 11’s front and back cameras are positioned in the same location. The smartphone is available in three distinct colours: Sunset Golden, Force Black, and Jewel Blue.

The stunning 6.7-inch AMOLED display on the Infinix Note 12 has a size of 1080 x 2400 pixels. A excellent viewing experience is provided by the AMOLED display, which features clear, crisp images and deep blacks. Your needs will be met by the display’s 100% DCP-P3 colour gamut, 100000:1 contrast, and up to 1000 nits of luminance.

Camera and Resolution

The camera on the Infinix Note 12 appears to be the same as that on the model before it. The primary camera on the back is a 50 megapixel wide-angle unit with a 1/2.8-inch sensor, an f/1.6 aperture, and phase detection autofocus. This is coupled with a QVGA AI camera and a 2 megapixel depth camera.

For its price, the rear camera ought to produce photographs of a high calibre. It has a quad-LED flash and enables 1440p video recording.

Selfies can be taken with the front-facing 16 megapixel camera. Full HD movies can be recorded with the selfie camera.

Software Futures, Memory Storage and Battery Performance

MediaTek Helio G88 serves as the engine for the Infinix Note 12. It has a dual-cluster architecture, a dual-core Cortex-A75 clocked at 2.0GHz, and a hexa-core Cortex-A55 clocked at 1.8GHz. This is the exact same CPU as the Note 11.

Although the Hot 12, which was released on the same day, shipped with Android 12 out of the box, the Infinix Note 12 is promoted as having Android 11, even though both devices’ UI skins are XOS 10.6.

This sets it apart from the Infinix Note 12 VIP and Infinix Note 12 G96, both of which feature the Mediatek Helio G96, a more capable processor. The Infinix Note 11 Pro uses the same chipset as well.

The same built-in storage and memory choices are available here: 64GB or 128GB, and 4GB or 6GB RAM. The smartphone has a designated microSD slot that can accommodate memory cards up to 2TB in size.

Although the Note 12 offers precisely the same 4GB or 6GB RAM, it has an advantage over more recent Infinix phones in that it supports the new Extended RAM feature. With this function, you can increase the effective memory of the 4GB RAM model by up to 3GB to get up to 7GB and the 6GB RAM model by up to 5GB to get up to 11GB.

This gives the android phone more storage space, which could make things run more smoothly. This is accomplished by designating a part of the storage as the phone’s active memory.

Infinix Note 12 Price in Nigeria

The Infinix Note series’ budget-friendly android phone was introduced in April 2022 and went on sale in May 2022.
