The Umidigi Bison X10S is similar to the Umidigi Power 5S, but with a more rugged design that includes IP68, IP69K, and MIL-STD-810G certifications.
The low-cost Android phone comes equipped with a 3.5mm audio jack, a USB Type-C port, and Bluetooth 5.0. It also has a built-in FM antenna, so you don’t have to connect an earphone to the headphone jack to listen to FM radio, which is very handy. It has 4G LTE, dual 4G VoLTE, and dual Wi-Fi.
The Umidigi phone has a Storm Grey AG Matte Fiberglass surface, whereas the Bison X10G has a Hack Black rubber finish. Aside from the color and material differences, both cellphones are identical.
The Umidigi Bison X10S is a less expensive component of the Bison Series. It performs worse than the Umidigi Bison X10 and Bison X10 Pro.

The Umidigi Bison X10S has a triple camera setup comparable to the Power 5S. It provides a 16 megapixels main sensor with an aperture of f/2.2 and 6-element lens, a 5 megapixels macro camera, and an 8 megapixels ultrawide camera with a 119° field of view.
For photos and Face Unlock, you get an AI-enhanced 8-megapixel camera with f/2.2 aperture and 5-element lens on the front.
The back camera is capable of Panorama shots, HDR, and has a dual-LED flash. Both cameras are capable of recording full HD footage.
Umidigi Bison X10S Software, Memory and Battery
The Umidigi X10S is powered by the same Unisoc T310 (12nm) Quad-core processor as the Umidigi A13s, A11s, and Power 5S. The chipset is based on a dual-cluster architecture with a 2.0GHz Cortex-A75 processor and a 1.8GHz tri-core Cortex-A55 processor.
This Android phone has 4GB of Memory and 32GB of internal storage. The built-in storage can be upgraded via a hybrid microSD slot, which supports up to 256GB of extra storage via a memory card. You would, however, have to give up one SIM card space.
With a 6150 mAh battery, the affordable rugged smartphone offers long battery life. It has a talk time of up to 52 hours, a movie playback time of up to 28 hours, and a standby time of up to 550 hours.
The Umidigi Bison X10S ships with stock Android 11. It also includes helpful software for the outdoors, such as a Noise Test, Compass, Gradienter, Height Measure, Magnifier, Protractor, Pedometer, and Plum Bob.

The Umidigi Bison X10S costs around $119.99 at major internet retailers such as AliExpress. In Nigeria, the Bison X10S costs around 59,900 Naira, 690 GHS in Ghana, and 14,500 KES in Kenya.
The smartphone is now available for buy on major retail sites such as AliExpress and Jumia. It was released in December of 2021.
